Queen's Domain has four endings, and the weapon you use to beat Queen Siraatsu decides most of them. Ending 1 is any other weapon, Ending 2 is True Holy Sword Akunra, and Ending 3 is Okbujo's Judgement. Ending 4 adds the 69 Silver Skulls ritual on top of Ending 3.

You don't lose your save. After an ending, you wake up back on the beach with the message "You awaken having glimpsed all possible futures" and can keep playing, so you can go for the next ending.
How do you get Most Unfortunate, Ending 1?
Beat Queen Siraatsu with any weapon other than True Holy Sword Akunra or Okbujo's Judgement.
How do you get A Kingdom Free From Darkness, Ending 2?
Beat her with True Holy Sword Akunra.
- Interact with all 8 Sipeha seals.
- Enter the Temple of Puwema.
- Get True Holy Sword Akunra there.
- Beat Queen Siraatsu with it as your main weapon.
Use the sword for most of the fight. Two players who did most of their damage with heavy weapons and grenades, then finished with the sword, didn't get Ending 2. One player did get it with mostly rocket launcher damage, so the exact amount isn't known.
How do you get God Slayer, Ending 3?
Collect all 8 mementos, get Okbujo's Judgement, then beat her with it.
- Finish each character's quest.
- Use the mirror to collect their memento. The 8 hints are eggs, crew, dishes, bestiary, king, soldier, the Puwema lens and modules.
- Deliver the mementos to get Okbujo's Judgement.
- Beat Queen Siraatsu with it, then fight Soul of Sipeha when you are moved to the next arena.
The bestiary memento is why you may need to fill your bestiary first. One player says you need to beat her once for Ending 2 before you can finish it.
How do you get Eat, Ending 4?
Do the ritual, then do Ending 3 again.
- Collect all 69 Silver Skulls. You get good rewards along the way.
- Open the Petrified Garden, which needs all the lenses.
- Do the ritual there.
- Follow the God Slayer route again and choose Eat.
Beating the boss after the ritual isn't enough on its own: one player did this and got Ending 2. See Queen's Domain keys for the Trident Keys players also report needing here.
Is there a fifth secret ending?
No. The "super secret ending" in the video is a joke in a chest at the top of the bell tower. The achievements list only these four endings.
