Open the balcony door
On the tower balcony, light gargoyles 3 and 7 to unlock the nearby door.
Climb to the fast travel point
Go through the door to the next save point, then climb the stairwell to the top. A fast travel point waits there, near War-Hat's study.
Take the huge staircase
Climb the huge staircase next to it. The Storm Gem is at the top.

The gem sits in the middle of Endu's guard and slowly builds power for a violent storm.
Pick up the gem
Grab it in the Tower of Knowledge. It strengthens the Holy Sword Endu.
Let it charge
Endu's Special Attack Meter fills slowly. Wait until it is full.
Fire the special
Use Endu's special ability to call the storm. Check your Special key in the controls menu.
What does the Storm Gem not do?
It does not add air dashes. Only Wind Gems add dashes; here is where every Wind Gem is.
Where players get stuck
