Quick Answer
Queen's Domain has no in-game map and no quest markers. The Isle of Neasied is one connected island: you open new routes with Wind Gems, keys and shortcuts. This page shows how the areas link up, in the order you reach them.
How do the areas connect?
Everything starts at the beginning area. Two routes leave it: east to the Tower of Knowledge, and west over the broken bridge to Obmuer Temple.
Beginning area (first save point)
├─ east bridge ─────────────► Tower of Knowledge
├─ uphill Wind Dash ────────► second save point ─► second Wind Gem
│ └─ blue lantern ─► broken stairway ─► first gargoyle
├─ upper area ──────────────► elevator back down ─► north: second gargoyle, locked gate
└─ broken bridge (2 air dashes) ─► water area, third save point
└─ 4 triangular slates ─► Obmuer Temple
Obmuer Temple ─► third gargoyle + fast travel point ─► back near the second gargoyle
Tower of Knowledge ─► acid-burned growth near Boudin ─► Deimpo Mausoleum
Area and landmark list
| Area or landmark | How you get there | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Beginning area | Start of the game | Nothing |
| Second save point | Uphill from the first save point | One Wind Dash |
| First gargoyle | Blue lantern, then the broken stairway | Azure Torch to light it |
| Elevator | Upper area above the first save point | Nothing |
| Second gargoyle and locked gate | North from the elevator | The gate opens later |
| Water area, third save point | Across the broken bridge | Second Wind Gem (two air dashes) |
| Obmuer Temple | From the water area | Four triangular slates |
| Tower of Knowledge | East bridge from the beginning area | Three lit gargoyles to unseal it |
| Deimpo Mausoleum | Through the Tower of Knowledge | Acid-coated throwing daggers |
Verdant Hollow, Forgotten Dungeon, Rotting Cavern and Siraatsu Castle are also on the island. Their links are added here as the route is mapped.
The first gargoyle, above the broken stairway.
Shown at 02:27 in Gamer Guides’s video.Which gem opens the broken bridge?
The second Wind Gem. It gives you two air dashes in a row, enough to cross the broken bridge.
Get it from the second save point: climb the rocks between the pillars and fly over. Here is where every Wind Gem is.
Which shortcuts take you back to the start?
- After Obmuer Temple: the third gargoyle sits next to a fast travel point that drops you near the second gargoyle and the old locked gate.
- Through the tower: the Tower of Knowledge boss drops an acid vial. Acid-coated throwing daggers burn the fleshy growths in the tower. The one near Boudin opens the way to Deimpo Mausoleum.
Where players get stuck
- Can't find a map screen: there isn't one; use the landmarks above.
- Broken bridge too long: get the second Wind Gem first.
- Temple door won't open: collect all four triangular slates in the water area.
